GLENDINING In a circular letter to shareholders setting cut the terms of the new capital issue the board of Ross and Glendlning Ltd., states that the offer is made with the utmost conlldence in the future of the company, and in the belief that the rate of dividend of the past years can be maintained. The company's annual accounts, states the board, show that during the live post-war years, profits earned have been sufficient to provide the dividend and make contributions to reserves to the extent o£ 1525,000.
