TENSION BETWEEN PAKISTAN AND THE AFGHAN GOVERNMENTS

KARACHI, Oct. 8 (Recd. 7pm).— Mr. Liaquart Ali Khan today told Parliament that relations with Afghanistan had grown worse. The Afghan Government, which he accused of ‘‘incitement and warmongering,” had organised a number of raids in Pakistan territory in recent months. Replying to a question whether he would consider the sending of an expeditionary force to Afghanistan, Mr. Ali Khan said: “There is nothing more heinous to my mind than that a Muslim should shed the blood of another Muslim. I will avoid it as long as possible, but I assure the House I would never allow even this consideration to constrain me where the soil and integrity of Pakistan is concerned.”
