Blackball Rugby League Team Has Win Over Mt. Albert
AUCKLAND, Last Night (PA).— The Blackball tea.v, Rugby League champions of the South Island, outclassed Auckland's leadin,, club side, Mt. Albert, to win a fine game by 35 points to 15 at Carlaw Park yesterday. Blackball gave a fine display and had control throughout lhe match. It scored nine tries against Mt. Albert's three. If the Blackball full-back, R. Nuttall, had been in kicking form, the margin would have been greater. Blackball led by 23 points to 5 at halftime.
