Radio Star To Get £33,000 A Year
SYDNEY, Sept B.—The largest contract of its kind in Australian radio history has been signed hy the American, Bob Dyer, who will receive about £33,000 yearly to direct, produce and star in programmes sponsored by a large soap company. Dyer toured Australia and New Zealand in 1937 with the Marcus show and has been living in Australia since 1939.
