! TOKIO, Aug. 20 (Recd. 11 pm).— General MacArthur today warned North Korean commanders for the i third time about "revolting atrophies’ against United Nations prisoners of ! war. I He said: "There is documented proof of many instances in which such I prisoners, disarmed and bound, have (been brutally murdered by your offi'cers and men responsible for their j safety. I These were crimes against humanity which could be avoided by the simple expedient of an order to corps and divisional commanders. The warning was sent by radio and leaflet to the commander of the Communist armies. It added: "I shall hold ■iOu and your commanders criminally accountable, under the rules and precedents of war.”
