Only One More Round Of Table Tennis Ranking Matches This Season
Only one round has now to be played in the Wanganui Table Tennis Association’s men's A and B grade and women’s ladder ranking competition. Following are the results of this week's matches:—
Men's A grade: E. Urlich beat K. V. Connor 21-11, 13-21, 21-13, 21-17; G. F. Nicole beat K. Mahoney 11-21, 21-15, 16-21, 21-13, 21-19; R. Baron beat C. Smallwood 17-21, 21-6, 13-21, 21-14, 21-11; J. Waters beat R. Leahy 21-12, 12-21, 17-21, 21-14, 21-15; R. Stewart beat A. Tong 21-14, 21-19. 2624; R. E. Thomas beat K. Williams 16-21, 21-17, 16-21, 21-18, 21-15. Women: Miss P. Gordon beat Miss M. Broadbent 21-18, 21-17; Miss M. Te Patu beat Miss E. Harris 21-18, 21-15; Miss G. Schneider beat Miss B. Hall 21-12, 21-11.
