Counter Blow To Try And Save Taegu
TOKIO, Aug. 18 (Reed. 1.30 a.m.) —Tank led 25th Division troops were rushed from the south coast and a South Korean force today rolled back the Communist offensive on Taegu with a powerful counter-attack 13 miles north of the city. The attack was launched against a large concentration of Communist troops. The Americans are reported to be making good proigress.
