To Obtain An Injunction Against Labourers’ Federation

AUCKLAND, Last Night (PA).— Legal advice on the possibility of securing an injunction restraining the Labourers’ Federation from taking a ballot in order to bind affiliated unions to either the Federation of Labour or the Trade Union Congress, will be sought by the Auckland Ceramic Concrete Builders’ and General Labourers’ Union.

At a meeting held today the union endorsed the action of its national councillor at the Labourers’ Federation, Mr. T. G. Potter, in leaving the council when he considered it was departing from its constitution.
