TOKIO, July 21 (Recd. B.spm). The Associated Press Rangoon correspondent says that Communists used tracer bullets to destroy six oil storage tanks at Chauk, a British-oper-ated oilfield 390 miles north of Rangoon. The tanks, containing nearly 150,000 gallons of crude petroleum, dere destroyed.
