RUSSIAN REPORT OF RELIGIOUS FREEDOM IN EASTERN GERMANY
BERLIN, April 29.—The RussianGerman News Service reported that the Government of Eastern Germany has promised religious freedom to the Protestant and Catholic Churches. The leaders of the churches agreed on a truce at. a meeting with the East German Prime Minister, Mr. Otto Grotewohl.
