Notes To Bulgaria, Hungary, Rumania, As To Human Rights
I WASHINGTON, April 27 (Recd. 6 | p.m.)- The United States and Britain I have delivered Notes to Bulgaria, | Hungary, and Rumania pressing for inn investigation of alleged violations |of lhe human rights clauses of their Peace Treaties, the State Department announced today. i The Notes drew the attention of the throe Governments to the opinion of the International Court of Justice on March 30, (hat they were obliged to 'carry out the provisions of the Peace Treaties relating to lhe settlement of disputes.
