I LONDON, April 28 (Recd. 6pm).— The National Boxing Association to-1 I day suspended the world bantam- 1 j weight champion, Manuel Ortiz, for i cancelling a London title fight and I scheduling one in South Africa instead. Ortiz left New York today for Johannesburg, where he will meet Vic Toweel in a 15-round bout next month. The N.B.A. last, week-end warned Ortiz that he must go through ; with the fight in London with Jack I O'Sullivan or face a ban both here and in the British Isles.
