GREYMOUTH, Last Night (PA).— “The Minister’s reply is just an evasion,” said Mr. A. McLagan, M.P.. commenting on the latest statement of the Minister of Mines, Mr. Sullivan, in connection with the suspension of the Coal Valuation Commission. “Instead of expressing any anxiety tor the interests of the coal owners, I called attention to the direct contradiction between the Minister’s present action in holding up the work of the Coal Valuation Commission and his partv’s nast allegations that the work of the Commission could not be co"v--pleted quickly enough to avoid hardship to the coal owners. failing to answer my statement the Minister has, in effect, admitted its correctness. “The Minister still refuses to disclose the nature of the representations made tn him by the coal owners.
