SOME RELAXATION OF IMPORT CONTROL

WELLINGTON, Last. Night (PA). —The Customs Department has announced relaxation of import control. It has been decided that licences granted for the importation of goods from any British country may in future be used for the importation of similar goods from any other British country, except Canada. It will not be necessary for importers to apply to the department for licences 1o be transferred.
