Yugoslav Eloquent On Soviet Science

BELGRADE, Dec. 14 (Recd 8.10 pm) ■ —The Yugoslav Foreign Minister, Mr. Karclelj, speaking at Ljubljana in the presence of Marshal Tito, described Soviet science as "stagnant” and possessing “anti-scientific tendencies.” He was addressing the Slovene Academy of Arts and Sciences. Mr. Kardelj said what was especially dangerous was the way “dead dogma” was being used in Russia as a guide to action, and “to justify the dirtiest political machination, especially the Cominform’s campaign against. Yugoslavia.” • Truth in Russia was anything that happened at the time to be considered good tactics, he added.
