LONDON. Nov. 29—When the Minister of Food, Mr Strachey, announced in the House of Commons that the 'British meat ration would be increased by 2d a week over the Christmas and Now Year period, Mr Anthony Marlowe, Conservative member for Brighton, asked whether lhe cost of this concession would be charged to the Ministers’ election expenses.
