LONDON, Nov. 30 (Recd. 6 pm).— “The Times” Paris correspondent says the United States Secretary for Defence, Mr. Louis Johnson, when he arrived in Paris from London last night, said, in a prepared statement: “Lest any uninformed friend or vicious saboteur seek to spread a notion as to our attitude towards Germany that would divide our common efforts, I want to state: We have no desire or plan to permit the rebuilding of the armed forces of Western Germany. That is unequivocal and unqualified and the truth.”
