Wellington Club's Decision To Give Right Of Re-entry Will Meet With Approval
(By “KESTREL”) Those interested in racing will welcome the decision of the Wellington Racing Club Committee to give the right ol reinstatement to horses balloted out of events which exceed the safety * number at the forthcoming spring meeting. The club is following a course adopted by other clubs with much satisfaction to all concerned. After all, it is not, a wise policy to ignore the claims of owners who have a good ease to present, and the decision will.be applauded, as was the decision to provide for divisions in “classic” races.
