GRANDSTAND HANDICAP AT WINGATUI TO SPEEDY

DUNEDIN, Last Night (BA) —Conditions were perfect and tlje track fast for the concluding day ot the Dunedin Jockey Club's spring meeting at Wingatui on Saturday. There was a good attendance, the totalisator handling £52,519, compared with £44,244 last year. The total for the meeting was £88,149, compared with £95,867 last year. The Mosgiel ownertrainer D. W. Brown produced the two main handicap winners, speedy and Attractive Air, the former paying almost two score for a win. Jamell, winner of the Salisbury Handicap, paid well into double figures for a win. Results:—
