Three Malicious Fire Alarms In Auckland City

AUCKLAND, July 24. (PA.).— Three malicous false fire alarms in nine minutes were answered by machines from Central. Mt. Edon and Mt. Roskill fire brigades shortly after 11.30 on Saturday night. In spite of the heavy fog that enveloped the city and suburbs, machines from three stations' had no difficulty in reaching the location of the alleged fires.
