District Dairy Co.’s Successes At Waikato Winter Show Classes

Wanganui dairy factories were successful in gaining places in a number of r .. Sections at the Waikato Winter Show last week.

In the cheese championship, the Waverley Co-op. Dairy Company (S. N. Ross) was first for the Government average grading prize. In the other than championship butter classes, the inter-Wanganui Co-op. (L. V. Clark), was second in the box of butter for export, second in the unsalted and first for the 241 b box for local trade. The Raetihi Co-op. (P. Powell) was first in the open 561 b box of butter for export. The championship of Wellington and Hawkes Bay was won Dy the Waverley Co-op. Dairy Co. with 94.5 points and the company was second managers’ (non-prizewinners) butter class. 2!'JU.I!
