J.O. To Offer 30,000 Bales Of Stock Wool At Crutching Sales
WELLINGTON, Last Night (PA). - The chairman of the New Zealand Wool Disposal Commission announced today that, subject to subsequent modification if necessary, approximately 30,000 bales of the Joint Organisation’s stock wool will be offered in New Zealand during the 1949-50 crutching sales in July and August. Owing to the limited range of the types of stock wool now available in New Zealand and the fact that the wools are concentrated in North Island centres, the offering will be spread over all the North and South Island sales and offerings in the centres where no stocks are held, will be offered on description.
