CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night (PA.) —Playing in the Rawhiti Golf Club's annual open tournament today D. L. Woon, New Zealand amateur repre. sen'.ative and recent winner of the Victory tournament in Auckland, established a new course record with a round of 64, four strokes better than scratch. The previous record, held by several players, was 68. Although short in length, Rawhiti is a very difficult course with five long bogey three holes in the second half.
