WELLINGTON, Last Night (PA) Advice has been received by Colonel Forrest E. Cookson, military attache of the staff of the United States Ambassador (Mr R. M. Scotten) that he is to return to the United States by the Aorangi from Auckland on July 5. Colonel Hugh C. Parker, of the United States Army, will be Colonel Cookson’s successor at the Embassy.
