ALL BLACKS SUFFER SEA SICKNESS
Four Days Without Any * Serious Training ON BOARD TAMAROA, April 17. The All Blacks’ hope of a calm journey comparable with that of the New Zealand cricketers were dashed early on the voyage to South Africa. Billowy seas greeted the Tamaroa as it ploughed into the Tasman and practically half of the team became seasick. Consequently, it was not till the fourth day out that the whole team was able to get down to serious training. Thornton and Delamore, vho are both physical instructors, are in charge of the physical exercises. Many of the players are well overweight. In addition to the selection committee of Messrs. Parker and McDonald and Allen and Dalton, a team committee has also been appointed, consisting of the selectors and McHugh, Elvidge and Frazer. The Tamaroa is not expected to arrive at Fremantle till Sunday afternoon, and leaves again on the following day—Anzac Day. Plans for a match against Western Australia are unlikely to eventuate. Arrangements are being made for a practice run.— N.Z.P.A.-Reuter, Copyright.
