Rabbi Urges Jews To Oppose The Soviet Doctrine

LONDON, April 16 (Rec. 6 pm).— Rabbi Mattuck, in a Passover address at the Liberal Jewish Synagogue in London, called on the Jews to oppose the Soviet doctrine. He said that because the present Government of Russia aimed to spread its doctrine in other countries, reJigion was vitally involved.

"The doctrine denies what Judaism proclaims, and in practice violated what Judaism commands,” he said. "Jews loyal to Judaism must oppose it. They cannot treat with indifference of face, or with neutrality, an issue which divides the world.”— Reuter.
