COLLEGIATE OLD BOYS’ EASTER FESTIVITIES

Easter reunion festivities of the Wanganui Collegiate School were begun on Saturday. Many old boys met at the school in the morning and the afternoon. There was a dance at Belmont pavilion at night. Festivities were continued yesterday when large congregations attended both morning chapel and evening service In the morning the school pipe band paraded on the. school Held. Last, night, .after evening service, the acting headmaster, the Rev. H. W. Austin, and Mrs. Austin, were "at home’’ to old boys and their ladies. The festivities will be continued this morning with the school sports and old boys' meeting and luncheon. | The sports will continue in lhe afternoon. The old boys’ ball will be held in Eig School tonight. Football matebev, School v. Old Boys, tomorrow morning will end the festivities The preacher at the School Chapel last night was the Bishop of Aotearoa, the Rt. Rev. F. A. Bennett who, in the course of his sermon, referred to his attendance at the Lambeth Conference in London.
