THE Wool Packing Regulations now provide that bales of wool shall not be packed in weights exceeding the following:— Wool in the fleece, 400 lbs. Crutchings and Oddments, 450 lbs. These limits include the weight of the packs. Substantial penalties are provided for cases of infringement, and over weight bales are liable to be rejected by those engaged in handling and transporting the wool.
