SYDNEY, March 7.—The Australian Jockey Club Committee has upheld Jhe appeal of the trainer. C. Cullen, ! against the life disqualification im- , posed on him by the A.J.C. stewards j early this year. Cullen was disqualified as a result of the stewards’ in- ' vestigation of the report of the A.J.C--i analyst, Miss Jean Kimble. j Dalston, trained by Cullen, was swabbed after finishing second in a j race at Randwick on January 1. Miss I Kimble’s analysis revealed that, the I gelding had been stimulated with a drug of the benzedrine group. j i The A.J.C. committee has deferred consideration of the appeal of Mrs W. iJ.
