Wanganui Electors’ Association Holds Annual Meeting

A successful year was reviewed al lhe annual meeting of the Wanganui Electors’ Association hjld last night. Mr. E. J. Elliott was elected chairman for the meeting. The organising-secretary, Mr. R. O. C. Marks, gave a brief outline of an interview he had last month with the Minister of Finance (Mr. Nash) on the question of a balanced Dominion money system. He said a statement on this mat let has been sent to Mr. Nash and a copy sent to all members of Parliament. Mi - . Nash’s reply will be released for the press as soon as if comes to hand. The annual report (previously published) was read and adopted. Messis. Wotton, G. Little, and E. Holly were elected to vacancies on the executive committee. Mr. Marks was re-elected organis-ing-secretary and Mr. Alan Brown honorary auditor.
