Application Dismissed
Holding that there were no grounds for plaintiff’s claim, Mr. Justice Gresson, in the Supreme Court, Wanganui, yesterday, dismissed an application made by Doris Stankovitch. married, of New Plymouth who sought further provision from the estate of her father, Jonah Joseph Hayward, retired, hotelkeeper, Hunterville, who died on July 28. 1947. The application was made under the Family Protection Act and defendant was testator’s widow, Alice Hayward, Hunterville. Mr. R. FT. Quillam (New Plymouth) appeared for plaintiff and Mr. J. M. Hussey represented defendant.
