LIMA (Peru), Feb. 15—Seventy persons lost their lives on Sunday when a flash flood swept over the town of Sondondo, 250 miles south-east of Lima- About 200 of the town’s 1000 houses * were buried under mud when a rainswollen river overflowed its banks.
