Army Secretary Denies
SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 14.—The Army Secretary (Mr Kenneth Royalli on his return from a tour of the FatEast denied he ever said or implied that the United States would withdraw from Japan in the event of war with Russia. He added: “I know of no plans toi reduce our forces in Japan.”
