NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night (PA) —The following Taranaki representative softball teams to play Wanganui at Wanganui on January 16 were announced today:— Men: Pitcher, J. Connell; catcher, C. Johnston; first base, B. Powell; second base, W. Watson; third base, B. Weblin'g; short stop, J. Wetzel (captain); left field, J. Chadwick; centre field, S. Harris; right field, A, Read; utilities, L. Irving, D. U. Huggard. Colts: K. Lindsay, L. Matter, P. Rowlands, R. Reece, E. Tippet (captain), D. Watson, G. Watson, M. White, D. Ngatoi, I. Ansley and J. Wills.
