Jap. War Secrets To Be Shared By All Who Fought Against Her
WASHINGTON, Jan. 5 (Recd. 6pm) —Technical and scientific secrets developed by the Japanese during the war will be made available to all nations which declared war on Japan, the 11-nation Far Eastern Commission announced today. Only members of the Commission previously had access to such information The, Commission’s decision was included in its second annual report. Commission officials said today that they were optimistic that the problem of Japanese reparations could be solved this year, but they saw little likelihood of Japan reaching economic stability in 1949.
