TAWHERO GOLF CLUB

Members of Tawhero Golf Club will play the first round of the Summer Handieap on Saturday. This is a medal competition this season and runs over three rounds, best two to count. A small field turned out for the first round of the Summer Cup last week, and poor scoring generally was a feature of play. Miss E. Mills heaaed the field with 72 nett. S. Nimmo 76, and G. Ward, 79 nett, were the best cards in the men’s division.
