CHARM. One afternoon recently a grey Shetland pony drawing a smart little rod cart, appeared in Kensington Gardens, London. The children swarmed around it and were delighted to pick up paper and put it in the cart. If looks as though somebody at the Ministry (of Works) has recalled how Tom Sawyer got heln in painting his fence and adapted the famous ruse. If the method is successful the Ministry will acquire more ponies and carts. We offer this suggestion to the Citv Fathers. Wanganui, with reference to rubbish collection.
