Members Of Services In Britain Liable For Service Anywhere

LONDON. Nov. 26 (Recd. 8 pm). Members of the Army, Navy and Royal Air Force, under the National Service Amendment Bill, will be liable for service in any area where British forces are stationed, says the "Daily Herald’s” political correspondent.

The National Services Act, as it stood, would have made it necessary for Britain to withdraw altogether from Malaya and reduce her forces in Germany. The Government is not prepared to take these risks in the ' resent state of international relations.
