Three Paralysis Cases Reported In Auckland Area

AUCKLAND, Last Night (PA).— Three more positive cases of infantile para.ysis have been diagnosed in the Auckland Hospital, the patients being a boy aged 8 froiS Avondale, a girt aged 11 from Walkworth, and a 13-year-old girl from Puni, near I’ukekohe. A girl of 18 from the city area was admitted to hospital today as a suspected case and an eight-year-old boy from Gisborne who has been in hospital for a week with another complaint is also now regarded as an infantile paralysis suspect. There were 40 positive cases and three suspects in hospital tonight.
