Wanganui, On Quota Basis, Third In Health Stamp Sales
WELLINGTON, Last. Night (PAL - Health stamp sa es throughout Netv Zealand for the past fortnight amounted to £82,043, said the Post-master-General, Mr. Hackett, today. This is £5886 more than the sales for the whole of the first month last year. On a quota basis, assessed on the number of householders in each district, Dunedin postal district has the load with 149.1 per cent, sales, followed by Wellington with 147.7. Wanganui 114.2, Timaru 106.7. Invercargill 164.1, and Christchurch 99.2. In sales totals Wellington ’.cads with £14.159, followed by Auckland £11,028 and Christchurch £10,485.
