Appeal Judges Lift Disqualification
WELLINGTON, Last Night (PA). I A special appeal to the Racing Confer- : once was made vesterday by Mrs. F. ’ J. Wrigley, Wellington, owner of the horse Trench Meter, asking for the i removal of disabilities imposed on October 5 by the Auckland District ■ Committee, which disqualified the j horse for live years. After hearing I counsel for appellant, the appeal judges, Messrs. 11. R. Chalmers, J. F. ■ B. Stevenson and T. B. Heath, ordered removal of the disqualification of the, horse from the date it was imposed. 1 Trench Meter was purchased for ’he present owner at auction at a sale I at Trent ham in January.
