SYDNEY, Oct. 14 (Recd. 1 a.m.) It has been ruled by the Supreme Court, that, the Australian Servicemen’s League does not a right to ban Communists from member-' shin. The judge said that while the rules permitted the association the. right to refuse membership to an individual, it. was not. legally permitted to ban whole organisations, such as Communists.
