Gale Conditions Experienced By Liner Ruahine

AUCKLAND, Last Night (PA).— Gale conditions are being experienced in the Pacific by the New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Ruahine, bound from London to Auckland. The weather has been boisterous for some days, and today the liner’s commander, Captain T. L. Maltby, advised his Auckland agents that conditions had deteriorated and that his arrival time, formerly 10 o’clock on Thursday night, was now uncertain. Tonight (he Ruahine was meeting a gale from the south-west with heavy seas.
