New President Of The N.Z.R.S.A.
SIR HOWARD KIPPENGERGER. (P.A.) Wellington, June 23. When Sir Howard Kippenberger was declared elected unopposed as president, of the New Zealand Returned Services Association at the annual meeting today, the large body of delegates rose spontaneously and sang “For He’s a Jolly Good Fellow.” By preferential voting, Mr. H. B. Burdekin (Levin) was elected from four other candidates, as Dominion vice-president. Mr. E. C. Hale (Wellington) was re-elected treaiurer.
