CHILDREN’S APPEAL SUPPORTED (0.C.) Bulls, June 7. Subscriptions to the appeal on behalf of the United Nations fund for the relief of European children realised so far £175, and it is anticipated that when the list is closed on June 19 this amount will be considerably increasedNo house-to-house canvass is being undertaken, as the local sponsors feel that the very nature of the appeal makes this unnecessary. Accordingly all donatoions are to be lodged with the clerk of the Bulls Town Board (Mr. C. W. McColl), The list of subscriptions received to date is as under: —Mr. and Mrs. Millson and family, £5 ss; Parewanui School, £4 14s; Miss Nancy Wilson, £2O; Miss Jean Wilson, £2O; Anon, £5O; Anon, £24 18s 6d; Miss Amy Salt, 10s; Miss E.
