New Handicapper For Stratford Racing Club
Mr. C. H. Stephenson, New Plymouth, has been appointed handicapper to the Stratford Racing Club, announced the president of the club. Mr. N. H. Moss at a complimentary dinner to the totalisator superintendent, Mr. G. A. Carter, at Stratford last week. For years the club had used the service of a handicapper of other clubs but he believed a Taranaki man could do the job more efficiently.
