FURTHER REMAND GRANTED IN INTOXICATION CASE
When he appeared in the Magistrate’s Court, Wanganui, yesterday, charged with being intoxicated while in charge of a motor-truck on the Mosston Road on May 15, Edward Alexander Heath, for whom Mr. R. G. Palmer appeared was further remandfed to June 14. Bail was renewed on the same terms as previously. SeniorSergeant F. Culloty, who applied foi the adjournment, said that defendant i had been notified of two indictable charges which were being preferred
