Wanganui Junior Rep. Team To Play Manawatu On King’s Day
The following Wanganui junior Rugby representative team has been selected to play Manawatu jun'ors in Palmerston North on Monday (King’s Day). June 7, as a curtain-raiser to the Wellington V. Manawatu representative game:— Full-back: Willacy (T. 0.8 ) Three-quarters: R. McLeod (K), L. Head (P), H. Smith (T. 0.8. Five-eighths: P. Barron (M) and P. Rangi (Kai Iwi). Half-back: J. Price (K). Back of Scrum: D. Bates (K). capSi'deS: twnller (P) and J. Coates (T. 0.8. Locks: B. Abraham (Kai Iwi) and R. Jillyman (K). Front Row: D. Reid (T. 0.8. G. Doyle (K) and B. O'Leary (Ml. Reserves. Forwards: Spiinger (Wav.), McLean (K). Backs: Mahony (P) and J. Lynch (M). Granville, -Schneider and Moriarty were not available. All players must attend practice at the Kaierau training shed. Spriggens Park, on Thursday, at 7.30 p.m. Any player not available Mease ring E. C. Simpson, phone 2174 Bus will leave Post Office on Monday, June 7, at 9 a.m. sharp.
