Ban On Dutch Ships Lifted By Water aiders In Australia

Recd. 1.20 p.m. Sydney, May 26. The Australian Waterside WorkeMf Unions decided today to lift the ban on Dutch ships in Australia. The ban was imposed in 1945 at the request of the trade union movement in Indonesia. The Federal Government is to be asked to maintain an embargo on the export of arms. The Sydney Seamen’s Union decided today not to handle any Greek ships until the Greek Government “ends its imprisonment and murder of unionists.” Other unions are to be asked to take similar action.
