The totalisator handled £66,359 10s, an increase of £13,575 10s on the corresponding day last year, making the aggregate £123,206 10s, an increase of £41,375 10s. Carthage, in the first division of the Kaimai Hack Hurdles, and Sun’s Last, in the Maiden Plate, each returned win dividends of over half a century.
